Do you offer piercing? No, we do not. We recommend contacting Drift Piercing Studios at 407.203.2129.
Can I get tattooed if I’m under 18 years of age? Not with us. There are some shops in the area that are willing to tattoo minors, however we will not accommodate anyone under the age of 18.
Where can I park when I’m having a consultation or getting tattooed? There is street parking available along Ivanhoe Row/N Orange Ave. However it is limited to 2 hours between the hours of 9am and 6pm. Which would be fine during a consultation or a quick tattoo, but for longer sessions you will want to find a spot in the Swanson’s Ivanhoe Row lot at the south end of the building where Alden and N Orange meet. There is also parking behind the building along the train tracks, and ample unrestricted street parking along Brookhaven Dr. and Lake Highland Dr.
Do I need to leave a deposit? Yes. If you have not left a deposit with your artist your appointment is not secure. Deposits are required at the time of scheduling. All deposits are non-refundable.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment? If rescheduling is necessary we simply ask that you give us 72 hours notice. We plan far in advance for your appointment and we ask that you do the same. Last minute rescheduling will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
How do I get an estimate for a tattoo? You can contact us via email, however this process will take a little back and forth before an estimate can be determined, if an estimate can be determined. The quickest way to get an idea of time and cost for your tattoo is to schedule a consultation with an artist. If you’re looking for a specific artist it is best to contact them directly to schedule.
What payment methods do you accept? Cash is always preferred but we also accept all major credit and debit cards.
Do you accept walk-ins? We are not currently accepting walk-ins in the traditional sense. If you’d like to get tattooed on short notice your best bet is to reach out to your artist directly or call the shop 407.250.6941.
Can I bring friends when I get tattooed? Tattooing is a collaborative effort between you and your artist. You are welcome to bring an emotional support human, but please limit your entourage to one person in addition to yourself or whomever is getting tattooed.
What are you doing to help prevent transmission of COVID-19? Masks are mandatory and sanitizer is available in all rooms. Along with our usual day to day sterile practices, all common surfaces are frequently sanitized.
Can I smoke/vape in the shop? No, but we do have a large outdoor balcony area where you’re welcome to smoke/vape. We just ask that you be courteous to other clients and passersby below.
